True Concord Voices & Orchestra, a GRAMMY-nominated ensemble based out of Tucson, Arizona, needed a brochure booklet to help promote their upcoming 2021-2022 season. The overarching theme for the season, “Out of This World,” encouraged patrons to consider the beauty, virtuosity, and magnitude of this season’s pieces and performances. In addition to designing the layout for this booklet, I also worked with them to identify image pairings for each of the season’s concerts. These pairings helped convey the individual concert’s moods or concepts while also reinforcing the overall “Out of This World” theme. Many of the images throughout the booklet subtly or strongly featured celestial bodies or beings—stars, sun, sky—to help create a feeling of visual and thematic continuity.
