Case Statement

At the start of Archaeology Southwest’s multi-year endowment and annual campaign, they needed materials to help communicate their case to prospective donors and supporters. Working with their development and communications teams, I designed their campaign case statement, as well as multiple program description fact sheets, pledge statements, and infographics to help donors understand the difference between the various funds and goals in this major campaign.

Because this campaign had a lot of moving parts, they wanted the option to update or customize various pieces of the campaign packet without having to redo the entire thing. As a result, we landed on a campaign case statement booklet that doubled as a folder to hold all of the various materials. Additionally, we broke up the document into three main sections, giving each one their own tab. The structure and colors of these tabs reflected those of the Archaeology Southwest logo, helping to reinforce the brand throughout.
